GoMo Health® respects your privacy. GoMo Health® does not sell, trade, or rent your personal information to other companies or individuals. GoMo Health® uses industry-leading Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) technology to keep your personal information as secure as possible. Participant information will only be used for its intended purpose. By your participation, you give GoMo Health permission to provide your contact information to CBC. GoMo Health® may use information collected through its services for research and development purposes. However, such usage will not include any personally identifiable information in such research or development. Personal information collected is stored in our secure cloud-based database, and GoMo Health® reserves the right to divulge information only as mandated to comply with state and federal laws.
At the current time and this point of development, the GoMo Health® Chat programs, including Dating Transformation Chat, are intended for use by residents of the U.S. Additionally, the Dating Transformation Chat website is hosted in the United States of America and is subject to U.S. state and federal law. If you are accessing Dating Transformation Chat from other jurisdictions, please be advised that you are transferring your personal information to us in the United States, and as a client of CBC, you consent to that transfer and use of your personal information in accordance with this Privacy Policy.

As a client of CBC, you consent to receive text messages from Dating Transformation Chat by GoMo Health®. Please note that depending on your mobile phone service plan, message and data rates may apply according to your mobile phone provider. You also confirm that you are the wireless subscriber or owner of the mobile phone number provided and have the authority to provide consent. When a client sends a text message, their mobile phone number, the full content of the message, attached files, or other information provided may be recorded. Clients may indicate their preference to stop receiving communications or opt-out at any time.
How to Opt-Out of Dating Transformation Chat:
To opt-out from receiving messages from Dating Transformation Chat, you can text STOP from your mobile phone to any text that you receive and you will be unsubscribed from CBC Chat immediately. You will not receive any additional messages from CBC Chat unless you re-register.
